Dr. Mansouri is from Montreal, Quebec. He has an extensive educational background. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering at McGill University. He then went on to complete a Masters of Sciences in Dental Sciences and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine at McGill University. He then completed a year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of California Los Angeles. He then completed his specialty in Periodontology with a Masters of Sciences at the University of Toronto.

Throughout his training he has received multiple awards recognizing his exceptional academic and clinical aptitude. He was awarded the Dr. A.W. Thornton Gold Medal for the highest overall standing in the four years of his dental program. He was also awarded the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Award and the Dr. Lyman E. Francis Prize for his accomplishments in oral pathology and medicine.

He is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontology. His interests are atraumatic extractions, soft tissue oral pathology, advanced periodontal treatments, soft tissue grafting, implant therapy, advanced bone grafting and regenerative procedures.
